Where are you located?
We're located at Macleod II building just across Chinook Mall Plaza. Our exact address is in our Contact area.
How do I order a custom cake?
The fastest way is by sending an inquiry here or by sending us a message. No need to physically stop by our store.
Do you have parking available?
There is a free 2-hour parking on 3rd St SW just behind our building. There's also paid parking available in front. We're working with our building management to offer a complimentary (1 hour) parking to clients. Stay tuned!
What are your hours of operation?
We're open Mondays - Fridays from 10 am - 6 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am - 3 pm. We're closed on Sundays and several Statutory holidays. Please follow us on social media, in case there are sudden changes in our schedule.

What cake flavors do you offer?
We have a variety of flavors to choose from. Please refer to our list to find out what's available.

We've added visible signage outside - please look for our purple circle logo located outside our building (Macleod II).
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Most of our items are now available for delivery through SweetnFresh. All other custom cakes and menu items not available at SweetnFresh will have an additional charge (subject to distance) from our shop. Availability also depends on our current orders and engagements.
Do I always need to order in advance?
Our menu items with Special Order labels aren't available everyday (e.g. Ube bars, gluten-free cupcakes). Please contact us for availability.
How can I inquire about wedding cakes?

How many lead days do you need for a custom cake?
The short answer is it depends. We require a minimum of a week for custom cakes. Every cake is different - the complexity of the design and flavor is what drives the booking date. Please refer to our Custom Cakes page to know the order process.
